Our redesign strategy for this custom home builder prioritized tactile luxury, ranging from the initial impact of the button-and-tie folder closures to the subtle application of pebble textures and satin varnishes on premium uncoated stocks.

We shifted the brand from its historical high-contrast roots toward a curated palette of warm greys and organic, nature-inspired hues. By channeling the precision found in luxury timepieces, this classic aesthetic introduced an elevated sophistication throughout the customer experience.
To honor the brand’s enduring local presence, we designed a secondary “Design | Build | Renovate” seal that pays homage to the company’s long-standing heritage. Within the advertising space, we introduced the “Love being home” tagline, a strategic message crafted to highlight the profound emotional bond homeowners share with their personal sanctuaries.
