The primary objective was to curate a professional environment that mirrored the high-end residential excellence the custom home builder delivered. By distilling the premium aesthetic of a model home, the workspace was transformed from a traditional administrative setting into a sophisticated venue tailored for sales consultations and design reviews. This strategic shift eliminated the sensory disconnect between the craftsmanship of a custom build and the boardroom, ensuring every client touchpoint remained steeped in the brand’s signature elegance.
Optimizing the environment.
The transformation began by restructuring the original office’s awkward, angled entryway into two distinct functional zones: a formal reception gateway and a secondary conference room. This architectural adjustment created a clear sense of arrival for visitors while providing essential separation for the permanent staff. By integrating the same high-caliber finishes and lighting found in the firm’s model residences, the floor plan moved away from a typical suburban office building and transactional atmosphere toward a collaborative, creative sanctuary that reinforced client confidence.
Cultivating inspiration within the Design Studio.
At the heart of the project, a new Scandinavian-inspired Design Studio was established as a flexible showroom for material samples and presentations. To mirror the architectural details found in McDonald’s home plans, the space incorporated built-in bulkhead framing and custom resource cabinetry. A dedicated customer lounge was also introduced, specifically designed for design reviews and relaxed consultations. This professional, high-end hub streamlined the selection process, allowing inspiration to meet efficiency in a controlled, luxurious setting.
Achieving versatility and aesthetic continuity.
To ensure maximum functionality, the studio utilized rolling stations and movable furniture, allowing the hub to transform from a private workspace into an open venue for workshops and events. The kitchen was optimized to serve as a social center, while a dedicated client entrance was proposed to further elevate the VIP experience. By blending clean materials with a warm, uncluttered aesthetic, the finished headquarters successfully unified the brand journey, ensuring the consultation process felt as inspired and intentional as the architecture itself.
