Connect & Discover
Say Hello. Fill out our quick web form with your basics and a brief description of your project. It’s the fastest way to get on our radar!
Alignment. Depending on your needs, we’ll either ask for a few more details, let you know if we aren’t the right fit, or invite you to a Discovery Session.
Discovery Sessions. We’ll hop on a Call or Zoom to dive deep into your goals. This is where the magic starts to take shape.
Project Scope & Kickoff
Project Scope. Following our discovery session, we’ll send over a comprehensive Project Proposal including the scope of work and a clear estimate. No guesswork involved.
Approval. Once you digitally sign the proposal, design services agreement, and pay a 50% deposit, you’re officially a client!
Kickoff. We’re ready to kick things off. We’ll meet to align our creative compasses and set the timeline.
Concepts & Design
Concept & Presentation. Our studio gets to work developing your project. We’ll present the initial concepts to you to ensure we’re hitting the mark. At this stage, Invoice #2 for 25% is processed.
Refining the Details. We value your feedback! We’ll go through a round of revisions to polish the design until it’s exactly what you envisioned.
Design Execution & Delivery
Design Execution. This is where your vision truly comes to life. From digital platforms to printed collateral, we carefully build every component of your system. This stage represents the heart of the project, requiring meticulous focus to ensure everything is crafted with precision.
Last Looks & Delivery. Before any assets go live or head to production, we conduct a final review to ensure total alignment. We manage the delivery logistics for both digital and physical deliverables. Upon your confirmation of receipt, we’ll process Invoice #3 for the final 25%.
