Measuring success: How a website redesign and campaign transformed customer engagement.

Following the launch of a custom home builder’s website and marketing campaign, we conducted a year-over-year analysis of analytics to measure performance during a key selling period, the Spring Parade of Homes.  

Recognizing that Google Analytics can be complex, we conducted an in-depth walkthrough and Q&A session with the sales and leadership team. Our goal was to help them understand and interpret these data points. 

Our reporting highlighted the immediate impact of the new site and editorial calendar: since the launch, active users grew by 32.9% compared to the previous year’s metrics.
