Welcome to The Brandlove Effect Journal, a new space where we peel back the curtain on the creative exploration that fuels great branding. For over 20 years, our team has been immersed in graphic design, and now we’re inviting you to join us as we share the insights, observations, and unique perspectives that excite and inspire us.
Our goal is to look past the polished final case study and dive into the creative process—the strategy, research, development, and sheer craft that often goes unmentioned in the final summary.
We believe the most compelling stories are found in exploration. Here, we will showcase the unseen labor: the concepts that didn’t make the cut or weren’t selected, the rigorous experiments, and the subtle foundational choices that are invisible in the final product. Expect to see in-progress stages, from initial sketches and schematics to internal notes—a true glimpse into our studio’s journey.
Beyond project deep-dives, we’ll be expressing our points of view on the ever-evolving landscape of branding and identity, customer journeys, and packaging. We’ll share general observations, discuss emerging trends, and highlight campaigns—both those we find excellent and those that miss the mark. As well as trends, cycles and looks that influence design.
